SERVICE


Neuhold offers inspection and maintenance for any industrial and municipal waste water treatment plant (also equipment from other manufacturers). This includes also modifications, adaptations and extensions of existing plants and equipment as well as professional maintenance and repair. If possible all repairs are carried out at customer's site. 

Large components where a professional maintenance on site cannot be guaranteed could be repaired in our workshop. We have a production hall of more than 2500 mē, cranes up to 20 tons lifting capacity and a very well equipped machinery (more information please see below!).  

 

RESOURCES


We are a modern and well-established metalworking engineering company and have a more than 2500 mē workshop that includes very well equipped machinery. As a specialist in processing stainless steel and various other metallic materials we handle i.e. stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301)/AISI 316 (1.4571) or higher quality, aluminum and mild steel. Of course we also process plastics for i.e. piping that are state of the art! 


Our staff is very well skilled and has a great experience in tailor-made production. We can provide highest quality because of continuous trainings, welding certificates, etc. Our qualified skilled workers and our modern machinery guarantee high flexibility and best quality of executing various metalworking tasks. Our welders and fitters carry out all repair work for plant construction. 

Our production has a railway and road connection. The railroad connection allows us to transport machines and products on the rail, which are too big or too bulky for shipment on the road. 

Our workshop is equipped with 3 truck-entries (each 6 m) and 1 entry (4,5 m) for loading our blasting plant. 

The blasting plant (l x w x h = 10 x 4,5 x 5 m) can also be loaded by transport carriage from the workshop.

For the manipulation of big parts in the workshop respectively shipment huge overhead cranes and other lifting facilities stand-by.
