scraper for grit and grease tanks are constructed as suction or shield
scraper and are especially suitable for tanks of a width up to max. 25
m (single, twin or triple tank).
The construction is made of aluminium/stainless steel and according to
customer's request with submersible or mammoth pump and without/without
grit hopper.

grit tank equipment is consisting of a paddle respectively agitator,
pump, suction pipe and grit conveyor.

Grit classifier
The -grit
classifier (SAK) for grit dewatering is available in standard design
with a capacity of 25 - 100 m³/h inlet and is made of mild steel with
a corrosion protective coating or of stainless steel.
Grit
washer
The
-grit
washer is for washing out of organic matters from sedimentation
residue mainly consisting of grit. The washed-out grit has a purity of
at least 97 % and must not be disposed but can be reused for i.e.
construction activities.
This technologie is based on the Austrian Landfilling Decree 2004,
which says that no organic residue must be deposed without
pre-treatment.
