The
problem:
Unpleasant
odour from a sewer manhole.
Such
a “stinking” sewer manhole is especially displeasing
if it is situated nearby e. g. an apartment house, a
sales room etc.
The
filter is available as standard type 600 mm but also
with other diameters and as special design with
quadratic upper part. It is suitable
for sewer manhole covers made of GG 25 according to
ÖNORM and made of GGG 40 according to EN 124.

The installation:
The
EKO-Biofilter can be installed very easily and fast.
The
function:
The
air with unpleasant odour from sewer system is absorbed at the
BIO-carrier substance surface and biologically degraded by the here
residing micro organisms. The functionality of the sewer manhole is
not affected by the filter installation, surface water can pass
trouble-free.
